Quality Policy
It is common knowledge that “Quality” is the key to success in today’s customer-driven corporate climate. Posidon has built a quality system that encompasses all of its operations in order to offer customers services that are continually enhanced.
Every site receives high-quality plans that have been created depending on the requirements and standards of the client. Inspection & testing are performed during three stages —receiving, in-progress, and turning over. Prior to use, calibration of instruments and gauges are guaranteed. Defective materials and non-conforming works are found, noted, assessed, and dealt with appropriately. Up until the project’s final completion, pertinent Quality Control records are maintained and shared with the client in accordance with the respective ITP.
Audits are performed at predetermined intervals by trained and qualified auditors at the corporate and site levels. The management review committee tracks, records and examines the audit results. Corrective actions are decided upon and implemented during the meeting. Its efficacy is monitored by designated personnel.
Safety Policy
A quality product’s first and last criterion is safety. Posidon affirms its complete dedication to a safe and healthy environment from a humanitarian, financial, and legal perspective. Protecting the organisation’s human resources and environment is a priority for the management and supervisors. Employees are taught the importance of following safety procedures at all stages of the job through the use of a brief work permit system of primary clients.
Posidon consistently follows client guidelines for safety audits. The Foreman/Supervisor performs weekly audits using an auditing checklist. Similar safety and health audits are performed on a monthly basis by the safety in-charge, in collaboration with the Foreman/Supervisor and a client representative.
In addition to environmental protection, people, equipment, and vehicle safety are equally critical to innovation. The business actively pursues loss prevention and safety in all aspects of its operations, both on and off the job. As part of our ongoing efforts to communicate and promote safety measures, tools such as safety meetings and safety awards are held periodically.
Posidon’s safety policy is to provide a round-the-clock safe and healthy environment for all of its employees, and to that end, we have a professional safety manager on the management team to ensure this.
